Assalamu Alaikum.. I'm looking for a Muslim Center near my area

Assalamu Alaikum brothers and sisters,

After studying Islam, its teachings, ways, etc., I have reverted back to Islam.

I have one problem though, I don't know any Muslims personally. Do you know a Muslim Center near my area (Taytay, Rizal)?
I would like to learn further and to practice the ways of Islam with other Muslims.
