I thought this information is useful.
How to install Arabic Language Support on Windows
To add the Arabic language support in English version of Windows you need to install the complex script language option from the regional settings. To install complex script languages:
* Click on “Start”.
* Choose “Control Panel”
* Select “Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options” category.
* Choose “Regional and Language option”.
* Click on “Language” tab.
* Enable option “Install files for complex script and right-to-left language”.
* Click “Apply” button to complete installation.

after installing Arabic script on your PC, you'll be able to write Arabic using an ordinary English keyboard, and Arabic alphabets will be placed as shown below:
